Sopimusehdot ja tietosuoja
Tällä kauppakirjalla sovitaan Äpy-julkaisujen myynnistä ja takaisinostosta Suomen ÄPY-lehtien Liitto ry:n ja ostajan (jäljempänä Diilin haltija) välillä.
Diilin haltija hyväksyy nämä ehdot lähettämällä lomakkeen diili.apy.fi -sivulla (myöhemmin Diilikone), eli tekemällä niin kutsutun Äpy-diilin Diilikoneessa. Tämän myötä Äpy-diilin haltija sitoutuu lunastamaan Diilikoneessa merkitsemänsä määrän Äpy-julkaisuja.
Diilin haltija lunastaa Äpy-julkaisut summalla (jäljempänä Kauppahinta), joka vastaa diilin haltijan diilikone.apy.fi -sivulle merkitsemän diilikoon ja Äpy-julkaisujen myyntihinnan (12€ sis. alv.) tuloa, josta on vähennetty diilikone.apy.fi -sivulla merkitty euromääräinen alennus.
Diilin haltijan lunastaessa julkaisut Suomen Äpy-lehtien Liitto ry:ltä lehdet siirtyvät diilin haltijan omistukseen.
Suomen Äpy-lehtien Liitto ry suostuu ostamaan 10% diilin haltijan lunastamista Äpy-julkaisuista takaisin (jäljempänä Takaisinosto). Suomen Äpy-lehtien Liitto ry sitoutuu ostamaan nämä diilin haltijalta samalla hinnalla, millä Suomen Äpy-lehtien Liitto ry on myynyt lehdet Diilin haltijalle. Suomen Äpy-lehtien Liitto ry sitoutuu julkaisujen takaisinostoon 7.5.2025 klo 18:00 asti. Takaisinoston ehtona on, että lehdet ovat uudenveroisia ja alkuperäisessä myyntipakkauksessa.
Kauppahinta erääntyy maksettavaksi 7.5.2025 ja se suoritetaan Suomen Äpy-lehtien liitto ry:n tilille nro. FI58 8000 3710 1344 84 tai käteisellä päivystyspisteellä.
Diilin haltija voi noutaa Äpy-julkaisut 12.4.2025 pidetyn Äpy-gaalan jälkeen Äpy-kontilta päivystysaikoina. Julkaisuja noutaessaan diilin haltijan on todistettava henkilöllisyytensä kuvallisella henkilöllisyystodistuksella.
Tietosuojaseloste
This sales agreement regulates the sale and repurchase of Äpy publications between the Finnish ÄPY Newspapers Association (Suomen ÄPY-lehtien Liitto ry) and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Deal Holder).
The Deal Holder accepts these terms by submitting the form on the diili.apy.fi website (hereinafter referred to as the Deal Machine), thereby making what is known as an Äpy deal in the Deal Machine. By doing so, the Deal Holder commits to redeeming the number of Äpy publications specified in the Deal Machine.
The Deal Holder redeems the Äpy publications for a sum (hereinafter referred to as the Purchase Price), which corresponds to the product of the deal size entered on diili.apy.fi and the selling price of the Äpy publications (€12 incl. VAT), minus the euro discount specified on diilikone.apy.fi.
Upon the Deal Holder redeeming the publications from the Finnish ÄPY Newspapers Association, the publications become the property of the Deal Holder.
The Finnish ÄPY Newspapers Association agrees to repurchase 10% of the Äpy publications redeemed by the Deal Holder (hereinafter referred to as the Repurchase). The Finnish ÄPY Newspapers Association commits to repurchasing these from the Deal Holder at the same price at which they were originally sold to the Deal Holder. The Finnish ÄPY Newspapers Association commits to the repurchase of publications until May 7, 2025, at 18:00. The repurchase condition is that the publications must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
The Purchase Price is due for payment on May 7, 2025, and must be paid to the Finnish ÄPY Newspapers Association's account FI58 8000 3710 1344 84 or in cash at the designated service point.
The Deal Holder can collect the Äpy publications after the Äpy Gala held on April 12, 2025, from the Äpy office during service hours. When collecting the publications, the Deal Holder must verify their identity with a valid photo ID.
